Matric Rewrites & Our History

Your Second Chance at Success

At Successful Smart Tutors, we understand that the Matric year can be challenging, and sometimes results don't reflect a student's true potential. That's why we've developed a comprehensive Matric Rewrite Program that has helped hundreds of students improve their results and secure their future.

2015: The Beginning

Successful Smart Tutors was founded with a vision to help matric students who narrowly missed their desired results. We started with just 15 matric rewrite students and achieved a 100% improvement rate.

2017: Expansion

Due to high demand, we expanded our program to include Saturday intensive classes at Ipolokeng Primary School. We also introduced our first mentorship program for rewrite students.

2019: Digital Transition

We introduced online support for rewrite students, allowing remote learning and providing digital study materials. This significantly increased our reach beyond Soweto.

2021: Record Success

Achieved our highest success rate with 94% of rewrite students improving by 2+ symbol levels. We also launched our career guidance program to help students plan beyond matric.

2023: Partnerships

Partnered with local schools to provide dedicated rewrite centers and introduced computer science modules to our curriculum, preparing students for the digital age.

2024: Innovation

Integrated AI-powered robot tutoring into our program, providing 24/7 learning support and personalized study plans for each rewrite student.

Our Matric Rewrite Program focuses on:

Focus 1 Targeted subject improvement (especially Maths & Science)

Focus 2 Past paper analysis and practice

Focus 3 Exam technique mastery

Focus 4 Time management skills

Focus 5 Stress and anxiety management

Focus 6 University and career guidance
